Pronat owns cutting-edge machinery consisting of the Rossi Catelli latest technology.
Pronat has more than 8.000 squared metres of covered premises. A tomato grady station, three lines for the tomato paste production, one line for diced tomato and another line for filling isotherm tanks and another one for bag in box.
It also has a completely automated industrial kitchen for the production of sauces, with or without spices.
Pronat’s premises have two of the most sophisticated laboratories in the industry, one of them microbiological and the other physico-chemical, where the whole process is analytically controlled: fresh tomato, manufacturing process, final product and fresh tomato wash water.
The commitment to the environment is one of its objectives, therefore it has one of the most up-to-date water treatment plants, helping to minimize emissions to the atomosphere and to save water.
Pronat is located in Don Benito (Badajoz), in Las Vegas Altas del Guadiana, the first region in the production and processing of fresh tomato in Extremadura.
